When ordering hot food it will be the customer’s responsibility to have someone monitor the Sterno (chafing fuel) during the event, insure the Sterno is extinguished when the event is over, and to call catering when the event is complete.  In case of fire, locate the mini extinguisher that is dropped off with the hot food delivery and follow the instructions on the side of the extinguisher. If you are ordering hot food but unable to appoint someone to monitor the equipment please notify us so we can assign a team member and the appropriate labor.
